BREEZR Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your BREEZR Cooling Vest. If you're not fully satisfied, here's how we handle returns and refunds.

RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or refund.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original packaging with all accessories (vest, fan unit, power bank, cable)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation)

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Email us at lrdpips@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 48 hours with next steps.

RETURN SHIPPING
Because our products ship from our overseas fulfillment partners, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis. In many cases, we may offer a partial or full refund without requiring the product to be shipped back, as return shipping is often not cost-effective for either party.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your BREEZR vest arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at lrdpips@icloud.com with photos. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.

REFUNDS
Once your return is approved, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Bank processing times may add additional days.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items marked as final sale
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Items returned after the 30-day window

EU 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
