PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

SHIPPING TIMES
Free standard shipping to all destinations. Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 7-15 business days
- United Kingdom: 7-15 business days
- Canada: 7-15 business days
- Australia: 7-15 business days

These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary based on customs processing, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.

TRACKING
You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. If tracking information does not update for more than 10 business days, contact us at lrdpips@icloud.com.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT
For international orders, customs fees or import duties may be charged by your local customs office. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

LOST OR STUCK PACKAGES
If your package is not delivered within 30 business days of shipping, contact us immediately. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, issue a replacement or full refund.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
